I believe that love is truth and anything that isn’t love comes from wounds that we are here to heal, a part of our journey is to remember our true power, wisdom, strength and gifts. By consciously choosing how we treat ourselves, our planet and each other. By facing difficult emotions, triggers and past traumas; we get to transform stuck blocked energy into consciousness. Energy healing, sound, shamanism and crystal are the keys I have learned and experienced that can help guide us while we navigate the unknown landscape of our inner self. To know ourselves, to understand and have compassion for who we really are and what we’ve gone through, not just personally but collectively becomes the gift of love, awareness, presence and compassion that we can extend to all other beings.
